Prince William County drops legal fight for Digital Gateway project
Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to cease defending the 2022 Digital Gateway rezoning after the Court of Appeals ruling; county had spent $1.5 million in legal fees defending the 1700-acre Gainesville campus before abandoning its position.
